Emma helped coordinate our wedding with over 100 guests at the end of May 2024. She was brilliant.
The venue suggested we wouldn’t need a coordinator as they would make sure everything was covered, but we are so glad we went ahead and engaged Emma’s services anyway.
She was so helpful in turning our initial meeting together, where she discovered our somewhat unusual and complex vision for the day, and helped make that into a positive meeting with the venue, ensuring we didn’t miss anything of the bride’s amazing and quirky vision for our special day, and setting our minds at rest that all details were covered. And we did ask some random things of her! I’m not sure many wedding coordinators’ first job of the day was to hide rubber ducks all round the venue, inside and out!
Emma Kept detailed spreadsheets of and liaised with all of the (many) external suppliers, and made sure everything made sense and happened as and when it should. She did so with an easy manner that made everything run smoothly from all sides.
Having Emma there throughout the day as a calm, supportive presence to whom we could throw almost anything that came up and rely on her to sort it or find out who could was such a boon. She even appeared with needle and thread within minutes of the bride discovering she’d a problem with her bustle. A proper Mary Poppins moment!
